WishList Insider – Forum Focus 45

This week had some VERY useful threads being discussed through the various forum topics as Insiders continued to help each other with solid advice and suggestions to resolve issues.

Highlights include:

  • 100% Money Back Guarantee. Why Not Make it 110%?
  • A Method You Might Be Ignoring That Could Net You More Members
  • Need Help? You’ve Come To The Right Place

I actually consider one of the threads to be a “Must Read”.

Money Back Guarantee

How do you handle refund requests? Do you give 100% of the purchase price back with no questions asked?

How about 110%?

Wait… what?!

Hold on, this refund percentage may not be as “out there” as it sounds.

A little quick math and preparation can translate into more happy members (and more dollars in your pocket)

Checking out this thread could result in a new stream of members checking out your site.

Help! THIS Doesn’t Work! Part 1

Common issues seem to have a way of popping up quite frequently, whether they be within your membership site or any other of life’s day-to-day happenings. (There’s a reason they are called “common” issues).

Insider Charly Leetham has started an awesome thread (which also teases upcoming instalments) dealing with some common problems and situations. The best part is she also includes fixes and things to watch out for to resolve these “hiccups”.

Funny Characters appearing in your content? “White Screen of Death” appearing? These issues (and others) are all covered.

This thread was made even stronger as Steve Dimmick replied with some great advice of his own regarding Backing Up content and data.

Be sure to encourage Charly to come back with a “Part 2” in the near future!

This thread is a “Must Read” for sure.
