Promote As An Entity Or As Individuals

Should you be promoting yourself OR your membership site?

This is an important question to consider.

You may be branding yourself as an expert and leader in your chosen field. In that case you can promote yourself to potential members. But maybe you want to apply the focus to the site and it’s content instead of yourself. Then it may be a better idea to promote the actual membership site.

Insiders are discussing the different options within this forum conversation.

What do you think is the best option for you?

Deleting Expired Or Cancelled Members

Here is a quick discussion that looks into the options for the expired or cancelled membership levels for your members.

What should you do with members who have cancelled their membership level or who may have expired?

Is it a good idea to delete these members?

Or is there a reason to keep these expired/cancelled accounts active?

It might surprise you that there are still options for members who have lost access to their membership levels. Options that could possibly bring those members back.
