With Christmas just around the corner, I thought it was a good time to apply the forum focus to the topic of Customer Service. With all the purchases made during the holiday season, there are always many returns to typically follow.
This happens in the digital market place as well (sometimes even more so then in brick and mortar stores).

Most of us have had this thought hit us between the eyes like a ton of bricks many times during our work days. You know there was some meeting you had, but cannot remember the exact where, when, who, etc.

The ability to take an article and re-purpose it is a great idea as it allows you to get your content out there to more places. The trick is to make sure that the new articles don’t sound like they were writer by “Robbie the Robot”… 😉
