BETA Testers Request – WishList Member

The WishList Team is working on a new version of WishList Member that will be released in the near future and we are looking for some potential BETA Testers.

BETA Testers will be given a pre-release version of WishList Member and asked to use it and report back any issues you may run into while testing.  We ask that you keep in mind that this is a BETA version and may have issues or bugs so it is not recommended to be used on any active or high traffic sites.

The main addition to this version of WishList Member is a new Support tab and Support section on the WishList Member Dashboard. Users can now view and reply to existing tickets and submit new tickets directly inside the WishList Member plugin in either of those two sections.

Please feel free to submit a ticket to our Support Department with the following subject line if you are interesting in BETA testing WishList Member.

Subject: WishList Member BETA Tester

Please note that we may not be able to accept all BETA Tester submissions depending on the number of submissions we receive.

Each social economic group has its own set of overall characteristics and what’s received well by one group of people may not be as welcomed elsewhere.

Marketing toward the Elderly does include many of the same tips you should use with other groups. Avoid taboos, target relevant issues and needs, and center your advertisements around that group so they’ll indentify with what you are offering.

What makes marketing toward the elderly so enticing is the higher level of disposable income and time. The elderly control the higher percentage of wealth yet only 10% of advertisements are directed toward them.

Video Tutorial: How to Easily Add a Quick & Easy Support Form to Your Site

This video by WishList Insider Contributor David Walsh explains how to easily add a contact form (which can be used as a Support Request Form) to your site. 

It’s a very easy process (installing and configuring a plugin) that can help to lighten the load of dealing with member requests and questions. 

This can be an extremely handy feature if you are not yet ready to incorporate a fully functional Support System. 

Note that this tutorial uses Contact Form 7 as an example, but any Contact Form can be used.
