We realize a lot can happen throughout the course of a week. Everyone can become busy with a little of “this” and a lot of “that” during their day to day lives so it’s not always easy to keep on top of all the useful and helpful posts within the Insider Forums.
For these reasons we have decided to apply some focus to a number of posts each week that we believe can benefit our Members.

Picking a WordPress theme when your first start your membership site is usually a pretty easy task. Find a theme you like, upload and install it.
If you’re like most people you’ll have the desire to modify the theme files either to make it work to your liking or to maybe add some items to the sidebar.
But what happens when you’ve already had your membership site for a while and decide it’s time for a change? Before hitting “Activate”, read the following list of potential dangers so you won’t have extra work after you update your theme.
The WishList Member PlugIn has been developed to be very compatible with most themes. We rarely hear of any issues with the theme a customer is using.
That being said, some theme settings can actually overwrite the WishList Member settings. One setting we have found that a theme can sometimes overwrite is the WishList Member page protection. This sometimes occurs if a theme allows options that effect page navigation, etc.
