Q1. Do I need to own WishList Member in order to become a member of WishList Insider?
A1. You do NOT need to own a WishList Member license to be a member of WishList Insider.  While we do recommend WishList Member as the software to use for a membership site and do spotlight it within WishList Insider, there are tips and items that will benefit non-WishList Member users as well.

Q2. Is there a minimum or maximum length of time I must remain a member once I have registered
A2. There is NOT a minimum or maximum length of time imposed on members.  You may come and go as you please with no penalties.

Q3. Can I become a contributor to WishList Member?
A3. Yes, we are always looking for users who are willing to submit content for WishList Member.  Please submit a ticket with the subject line; “WishList Insider Contributor” with any ideas for articles, videos or anything else you may have and our team will work with you to see if there is a “fit”.

Q4. I made a comment and do not see it on the site.  Where is it?
A4. We hold all comments for approval by the WishList Insider Team before they are displayed on the live site.  With the high rate of spam and other issues, this has been deemed the most appropriate method for comments.

Q5. I have a question that is not answered in this FAQ section.  How can I get in touch with you?
A5. Any and all questions and concerns can be submitted through out Ticket System located in the Support section.   These tickets are handled efficiently and effectively by our Ticket Team.

Q6. Is there somewhere I can talk to other members and share ideas?
A6. Members can converse with each other in the Member Forum.

Q7. What is the cost for a monthly membership to WishList Insider?
A7. The standard cost is $20 for one month’s access.  More info can be found on the Join Now page.

Q8. I would like to see how to set up aspects of my site.  Are there any videos to help guide me along?
A8. The Video Tutorials section presents step by step videos on many different topics for building and maintaining membership sites.

Q9. Is there a list of current WishList Insiders that I can view?
A9. A full list of Members can be view on the Members Directory.   This list includes any contact information each individual Member desired to make public (Twitter, Facebook, email address, etc.)

Q10. I need help setting up my site.  Do you have anyone you recommend?
A10. If you are looking for skilful assistance setting up or maintaining your WishList Member/WordPress site, then you’ll want to contact one of the Certified WishList Member Developers.

This list contains Developers that have each passed the WishList Member Certification Course and they can help you with any WishList Member questions you might have.
