PlugIn Spotlight: Comment Approved Notifier

When dealing with comments from your members, you don’t always know what you are going to get.

You don’t always want to automatically display comments on your WishList Member site as they can sometimes be inappropriate.  That’s an easy fix as you can simply set your site to NOT show comments until an Admin has approved them.

This is a common WordPress setting that is employed on many membership sites.

BUT, the problem that can arise with this method of security is that the member who left the comment is shown a message stating something to the effect of; “Your comment is awaiting approval” and then they don’t know if or when that comment has been posted unless they return to the Post later and check themselves.

Read on to discover a WordPress plugin that can help in this situation.

Lessons Learned From A World Class Story Teller

We’re surrounded by young children ages 4-12 who are all bouncing out of their chairs in anticipation for what is about to happen.  Their parents on the other hand are just desperately trying to keep their kids seated.

What are we doing on a Saturday afternoon surrounded by little kids – especially when we don’t have any of our own (yet)?

We’re all waiting to see and hear from one of the greatest children’s authors of all time.

99% of the audience is there to be entertained.

Me… I’m there to study a master storyteller.

“Ladies and gentlemen, Mr. Robert Munsch”.

Here is what I learned…
