A Recipe for Reducing Membership Site Creation Overwhelm

How many people here have found themselves overwhelmed by all the things they need to do to get their membership site started?

I’m guessing it’s a good number.

Most of this frustration comes from trying to do everything at once in a short amount of time. Installing WordPress, finding the needed plugins, getting the graphics, error checking the site, getting the members signed up, plus all the other things too numerous to mention here.
