Strength in Numbers

So I was sitting in the back of a Retention Strategies Seminar in New York City listening to Noah Fleming and Stu McLaren present on the importance of Member Retention.

As I took it all in, two things became very clear.

  • If you put several like-minded individuals in the same room and encourage interaction, you’re going to come away with some amazing ideas that can be put to good use.
  • If you put several like-flavoured candy bars in front of me, I will eat them.
