Inquiring minds want to know Stu McLaren – did you buy your hacker’s security product?

So sorry to hear about all the trouble the WishList Products Team went through this week. Better days ahead. :)

Maria Peagler No, I think Stu decided against that purchase :)

It was an eventful week but we are getting everything squared away again.

I hope you filed charges against that hacker!

    • Wray February 8, 2013 at 5:34 pm #

Pamela Anders Yea, we weren’t very pleased to say the least :)

Can you mention HOW the hacker got his breach so that we can protect ourselves better from hackers?

    • Wray February 12, 2013 at 9:15 am #

John Cox – We believe the hacker may have gotten access to a password for an email account and then was able to get into GoDaddy and make changes to the DNS of our sites. We’ve definitely adjusted passwords since then :)
