We’ll review how major companies are using the idea of community to attract and maintain their client base. The reasons why community building is important will also be explored.

Thanks Stu!
Very interesting about your $80k spend with just one company!!!
Would love to see the original video this audio track is from though. Also like the online example you shared. I’ll be studying that company in detail
I love the italian job! Such a great movie. It’s interesting that even big companies like this are trying to create communities. It really tells you that this is going to be staying around for some time.
Stu, I love this audio AND the video on this topic. My hubby has been researching the Mini for a while. This week, he bit the bullet and brought his new “baby” home. I do have to agree–the community of Mini owners speaks for itself. I have a feeling that we may end up being one of “those” families who own a Mini for each family member–kinda like our Mac/Apple addictions! hehe!
Now, off to build my business with this type of community!
Happy business building!
Cindy
I really want to tell you how much I appreciate the audio lessons. I work from home running my membership business but have 4 kids so am constantly on the go as the at home parent, having these MP3′s on my BlackBerry allows me to “study” on the fly. I started my business with no experience after 10 years in retail with no web or graphic design experience and have learned most things from Google University, I feel much more educated on membership concepts and strategy after absorbing this information. This site has really proved to me how enriching your members makes a better business model. THANKS AGAIN!!
I just listen on the computer. Thanks Stu
for such a great lesson. John
